MENÚ DEL DÍA
Emparedados BLT (lengua de vaca, lechuga romana, cilantro, tomate y aguacate), salsa tahini, queso chedar de nueces y te chai de leche de almendra.

BRUNCH MENU
BLT sandwiches (collard greens, romaine lettuce, coriander, tomato and avocado), tahini sauce, cheddar cheese, nuts and you almond milk chai.
For the “bacon”:
* 4 cups shredded coconut, cut "chip" * 5 TBL olive oil * clove of garlic * pinch of salt and chipotle * 4 TBL maple syrup grade "B" * 2 TBL olive oil Tahini Mayo: *1 cup raw tahini * 1/2 cup filtered water * juice of one lime * clove of garlic * pinch of salt * 10-15 sprigs of coriander * 1/2 Cup olive oil
Walnut Cheese:
* 1 red chile * 1 cup (+ -) of nuts into pieces * pinch of salt * juice of one lime
To assemble:
* cabbage leaves * slice tomato * coriander * avocado * romaine lettuce Chai Tea: * 4 tablespoons chai tea * 2 cups water * sweetener to taste Almond milk: * 4 cups of raw unpasteurized almonds, soaked for 24 hours and strained * 5 cups filtered water milk bag / strainer |
