When can we get back on board, where's the train at??

You are watching 100% original content filmed and produced by Babylon's Train

As we finish our third season, we begin celebrating more than two and a half years of capturing some of the best events and concerts in the Bay Area. It’s been over a month since our last live broadcast, we apologize for the inconvenience. We know you have missed our programming and yearn for more, but before we continue, lets start by putting an end to the rumors. Yes… it is all true, Babylon’s Train is transitioning and going through a lot of major changes, but don’t get alarmed, it is only getting better.

These past couple of months the train has been getting loaded with art, music, culture and many other interesting things and although no new episodes have been broadcasted in the last four weeks, BT’s team has continued producing, filming, editing, in other words, making things happen. We are happy to say the last couple of weeks in particular, have been key to our development as artists residing in this beautiful and vibrant community.

BT has professionally filmed over 300 videos and more than 150 amazing and talented artists. We have accomplished so much in such a short period of time and our calendar continues booked for months and months ahead. This ensures our audience (you) will continue receiving the best information related to the art and music world, as well as cultural and community affairs.

Due to the abundance of talented people in this region and the lack of days in a week to cover everyone and everything, Babylon’s Train’s board has decided to change BT’s live-broadcasting option into a more organic feature. We believe the best approach is to release features and special edition episodes at our personal discretion and not necessarily in the order things were filmed.

To get you excited, we give you a taste for this summer's list of celebrities coming to a computer or iphone near you. BT has the privilege and honor to present the following features:
- Calle 13 with local favorite Bang Data
- ‘Bomberos’, Bang Data’s smoking hit single
- Nicaragua’s latest sensation, La Cuneta Son Machin with Locura, another local favorite
- A special with music producer Michael Starita
- Dreams vs Walls: Immigrant Stories through the voice of Hip Hop
- Carlos “Santiago” Consalvi, Venezuelan jounalist and revolutionary icon in El Salvador
- Mexican journalist and anti-violence activist, Javier Sicilia
- Pavel Urkiza from Cuba and Fernandito Ferrer from Puerto Rico

The list of programming and “things to do” continues, we just wish the week had more days, or that days had more hours so we can cover everything. In the meantime, we want to leave you with a few photography slideshows, so you can preview some of the stuff we have been working on. We want to thank everyone for the constant support. Statistics and feedback provided by our website, Facebook and Youtube reflect your love, fueling us with energy and lots of determination to continue achieving more.
